Orders & Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), EcoCash, OneMoney, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order is dispatched to our warehouse. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store card details on our servers.
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed, and another once it has shipped with your tracking number.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping within Harare takes 1–2 business days. National delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping is available for 1–2 business day delivery nationwide.
Yes — all orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within Zimbabwe.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or order number.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Opened consumables (solder wire, flux, etc.), custom-ordered parts, and items damaged by misuse are non-returnable. See our full Return Policy for details.

Products & Technical

Many of our sensors, modules, and shields are specifically designed for Arduino and Raspberry Pi. Check each product page for compatibility information in the specifications section.
Yes — product pages include links to datasheets, pinout diagrams, and example code where available. You can also contact us for technical support.
You can click "Notify Me" on an out-of-stock product and we will email you when it is available again. You can also contact us for estimated restock dates.

Guest checkout is not currently available. Creating an account is quick and lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and speed up future checkouts.
