1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and again when your order has shipped.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order through your account dashboard.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. For lost packages, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
