Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must have its original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items (consumables, custom orders, items marked non-returnable) are exempt from being returned.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
If your refund is not received after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or card issuer. If the problem persists, contact us.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email at info@hitechelectronics.co.zw.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
